I originally placed an order online for delivery. I got a confirmation email that my order was being prepared. Ten minutes... before they closed I then recievd an email that my order was cancelled. long story short, if you order a pizza towards the endof the night don't bother trying delivery. Like many recent reviews, the order time on the app is no where near real life. I ordered 2 pizzas, breadsticks and Cinnamon... sticks. It said 38 minutes so I showed up and waited another 45 minutes in the store before it was ready. There was only oneguy making pizzas with the delivery driver occasionally coming in to make them, too. The one guy would spend more timeanswering the phone taking orders and explaining why the pizzas are late than actually making the food. In the end, my 38minute estimate was an hour and a half. My kids were starving and I never got my cinnamon sticks or extra marinara sauce. I did,however, get sweet icing for my parmesan twists. That was really helpful. I love Domino's and was finally able to order thisinstead of my family's favorite, Jet's or Partner's. After seeing the other reviews, I think I'll stick with the local pizzajoints. Domino's. Fix you time estimates and raise your pizza prices enough that you can attract more employees. Read more
Took 25 minutes to get the person answering phone at this location to understand my order. They could barely understand english.... Then was told they did not deliver in my area which was within walking distance of the store. Worse customer service. Will neverorder from this store again. Read more
I love coming to this location. I been coming here for a while but i think there is a new guy working here that is just so... awesome. I didn?t catch his name but he is super friendly, greets you every time you come in, always provides great customerservice, and makes a great pizza! I appreciate him! Read more
June 2022 Update: Just had the best order - delivered quickly by Debra who is the nicest person ever! She?s so kind and... conscientious. Pizza was hot, fresh, and made exactly right. Thank you SO much - really needed this today! This Domino?s,like several I have experienced recently, seems somewhat understaffed and always busy, the difference about this location? thestaff are so extremely nice and hardworking. They come through for me when I need them and when they?ve missed the mark (onlytwice in many orders), they?ve made it up to me. Big thanks to everyone at this location! Read more
Ordered pizza on line, arrived about 10 minutes early, notified store of arrival. At est. ready time, went inside and told... another 10 min. About 5 min, was notified pizza was lost. I cancelled order. Domino's offered 60 points toward free pizza. Nothanks Dominos. Read more

The quality from these guys have been slipping for a few years now, but the fact that their Tracker?s time is so far off can... leave you feeling really frustrated. If you?re going to order, call the number and press ?2? to speak to an actual storeemployee (not a call center rep) and ask them the estimated time. Read more
