So we ordered a 30 count nuggets, oj, barqs rootbeer , fries(well done not burnt and very hot), egg-bacon-cheese biscuit & a... parfait w/granola. Everything was hot, cold and perfect! Chick-fil-A is always amazing. Loved our sandwiches and fries. The new Autumn Spice milkshake was absolutely delicious!
Chick Fila's in Fayette and Henry counties have fallen off a cliff since the pandemic. I have given up on ever making a... special order. Tomatoes are not my favorite, so I request them to be removed. ...my request was successful. But they gave methe completely wrong sandwich. This is NOT a big deal if It happens once or twice, but we have had this or similar occurrences20-30 times a year. (we still come back hoping for better each time) many times it is something simple like kids meals with thewrong style of chickeñ or missing a slice of cheese on a deluxe sandwich, but none of this should happen and it was unthinkablebefore the pandemic. I would still eat at any Chick-fil-A over any McDonald's any day of the week. But customer service hassuffered mightily in the past 3 years. Leaving a bad review is all I have left for the district manager to try and step it up. Read more
I had placed an order for a deluxe sandwich and a diet sunjoy with light ice. I had specifically told the lady to put very light... ice but still when I received my order the cup had more ice than usual. The drink had more ice than sunjoy and it is is not thefirst time it has happened. This was my last visit to this Chic fila where your requests are not heard. Young lady gave our food to the car behind us and went and got it from them and tried to give it back to us talking about its... fresh! No m?am we are not taking that food that someone else had their hand in. We don?t know what they have. Just ridiculous. Read more
let me start this off by saying, out of all the times i have been to this location i rarely have a not so pleasant experience... here; however, this morning was different. i went through the drive thru and ordered a 4ct of the minis. the girl taking myorder was very rude. she was quick with me as if she did not want to take my order. *let me note that i used to work atchick-fil-a and i know how we are to speak to customers and how we are to make the customer feel welcomed. i on the other handdid not feel welcomed today by any of the workers. i understand if youre having a bad day or even just stressed; however, thatsnot how you treat customers by basically trying to rush them off, not asking if they need sauces, not saying ?goodmorning? andinstead saying ?whats the name?? i may seem as if i am doing too much with this review; however, i just know how customerservice usually is at this location? and it is usually nothing like this. i usually feel welcomed and not rushed. they didnteven remember my drink at the window, i had to remind the lady that i also had a drink. overall, love this location just wishthe morning shift were to be more welcoming to their customers (especially today). Worst one I ever been to old cold food. Forget items on your mobile order
I went to the drive-thru at this Chick-fil-A this morning and ordered the minis. That was all.. Once I got to the window, the... employee said my name and automatically ask me to pull to the white sign. Three or four cars got their orders before me when Iplaced my order before them....
