My experience in peace river Alberta McDonald?s was the worst experience of my life. On October the 7th at 1030 pm I went up... there with my friend because I can?t drive. Ordered my order which was 10 chicken nuggets large fries large drink got up to thewindow the lady took the money turned around turned around again and threw the money back inside the vehicle never gave me myorder told us at the window that she and everyone else is not serving to any of us ever again. Just because this one lady has apersonal issue with a friend. Which in my opinion has nothing to do with McDonald?s especially if you?re working it shouldn?t beallowed conflict of interest. Just because you have a problem with someone you shouldn?t take it out on your work. By far theworst experience I?ve ever had any McDonald?s if I could give 0 stars I totally would. Read more
The Apple pies were burnt. Not impressed
The parking lot is horrible and the drive through is even worse. The seats are tapped to repair holes and the pop machine needs... to have the tips and hoses cleaned. The staff was good and the food was good. Read more
I dont know who you have cooking fries over dinner hour but my large fries were so soggy i could squeeze drops of fry grease out... of them. By far the worst ive ever had anywhere. Read more
This is a McDonald's just like every other McDonald's. We ordered curbside pickup so we didn't go in the store. Our only... interaction with staff was when one handed us our bags. She seemed friendly enough. They forgot a spoon for my sundae and strawsfor our drinks but the rest of the order they got right and the food was mostly fresh. The chicken nuggets were a little stale.They must make them ahead now and store them in a warming bin instead of cooking to otder. Aside from that their parking lot isa pain if you drive a large truck which a lot of people in Northern Alberta do. Its too narrow, with too few spots and if youdon't back into your space there is a very real possibility of getting trapped in your spot. Read more
I have had horrible experience last Sunday when I ordered a burger for my wife from drive-through. She said they served it cold.... Especially the meat Patty is cold. I had to take a bite and feel it. Well of course they served it cold! I brought it back tothe manager and her reply was well! We serve it warm enough but because of vegetables you might feel the way you felt it.However anyone can see in the pics the cheez not even melt enough to take a bit. This was the bad experience we had it fromMcDonald's so far. Very disappointing! Read more
Same good old McDonald's food. We were able to use the kiosk to avoid the long line. Food was brought to our table in no time.... The restaurant and rest room was kept clean. The only negative to this place was the narrow entrance. Plus it was too close tothe register. There was practically no room for the line to expand. Read more
The staff at this location is consistently friendly and orders are almost always accurate. I gave 4/5 stars instead of 5/5... because the drive thru setup is not big enough for the traffic this location sees. Read more
