It's Wendy's, not much else to say. This location is pretty good at getting orders out quickly at a lunch rush.

Went there when I stayed at the Hamilton inn. The worst experience ever. Man at register couldn?t ring things in. Then asked me... to tip him!!! Couldn?t get our order right . Was inside for about 40 minutes waiting for our food. Know one helped anyone inthere. Never seen anything like this. Five people walked out. I should of. The quality of food horrible Read more

My favorite Wendy?s location. The food is always very fast. The place is clean. The staff are always friendly even if they don?t... always know how to scan the rewards or take payments from the app. I just started to use the mobile order so I don?t have todeal with all the new employees trying to figure out how to scan. I would have to say ,rather disappointing in the service area, rude ,lazy staff ,with one poor kid trying And getting no where... ,the staffing manager who on duty actually was texting while drive thru and serviceorders where steady coming in and sheactually says " I don't care about drive thru times ,not with the short staff I have ,which in my opinion the 7 to 8 peoplethat I counted should be plenty to do a reasonable service, not to wait , I'm not exaggerating! 12 /15 mins for a jr.baconcheeseburger and a small fry!! I don't want to put the whole staff down I'm sure most work really hard and deserve credit ,but Ithink better management there is need for sure . Maybe re train them ,or have them shape up or move on because, that was by farone of my worst flast food experiences ever .I will not be going back! Read more

Cheap manager refuses to pay livable wages, resulting in severe staff shortages. Then they pull the whole 'people don't wanna... work anymore' shtick. Even during peak hours there's only about 3, maybe 4 workers, and a useless middle manager. You'll wind upsitting in the drive thru for 20-30 mins, and get improperly or incorrect food from overworked staff. Would recommend the TacoBell next door. They suffer from some of the same issues but to a seemingly somewhat lesser extent. Read more

Terrible. Staff was more focused on socializing than service. They honestly tried to discourage me from buying cookies because... they would need to make more. Order was wrong and then they were mad when I asked them to correct it. Read more

You know as a long-time customer to Wendy?s I am up Obsessed with my spicy chicken wraps with just cheese... but when I say... just cheese I don?t mean a pound of cheese this is uncalled for and to make matters worse one of them had a piece of burgerinside of it and I didn?t order any burger on my order I attached the receipt in the pictures of my food I?m not going to beimmature about it of course I ate it I just picked the cheese off of it and threw the piece of burger out but get it right nexttime please Read more
