I love having lunch here when I visit the mall. The atmosphere is quiet so you can have a conversation. The decor is tasteful... and the food is always good. It reminds me of when I was a kid and big department stores always had a restaurant inside. Iremember when the now just a memory Jordan Marsh had a restaurant in the same building on an upper level with windows lookingout of the parking lot and Route 128. I always felt that made a day of shopping at the mall seem more special. The crab bisqueis delicious and on my recent visit there was a special on the menu....batter fried cauliflowerettes with General Gao (?)dipping sauce. It was amazing. I hope they will have this often. What is a little different here is that you choose what youwant at the reception desk before you go sit down. You pay for it right then. But then you do have a server so don't forget totip! Read more
Our first visit Inside Norstrom store. Very quaint and clean . Great service. You order food as you enter then choose your own... seats . Delicious food..i had turkey cranberry sandwich and my daughter had chicken ceaser salad. Expensive but worth it. Servedtwo mind chocolates at end of meal with check. Scrumptious . The 40 something you?re old manager seems like a angry nut case. I felt sympathetic towards the young girls employed there and... very uncomfortable witnessing him verbally abusing them. I?ll never go back there again. Read more
I've been here for two occasions and both experiences were great. They hosted a special wine dinner one night with a 5 course... meal paired with appropriate wines. Items included a crab avocado salad, deviled eggs, and pears poached in port wine. My wifeand I came here another time for lunch, she ordered a sandwich and I had a salad. The salad was fresh and very flavorful. Theirfrench fries are seasoned with rosemary and often served with a kalamata aioli dipping sauce. Service was good and theatmosphere is very comfortable. When we visited for lunch we placed our order first, then got seated. Food was fantastic andwould definitely go again. Read more
