Worse experience ever extremely rude the manager and people working there they are more interested in fooling around than doing... their job the place was filthy . in got there items ice cream soda and a milk d at down and waited nobody brought it over afterfifteen min I went over nicely and asked about my order they looked annoyed and practically threw the stuff at me . i hope theyowners knows they are paying people to throw shot around and not actually work . oh and giving there friends free food . There were mice running in the dining room. One girl tossed her food and left. We laughed but in all honesty that is unsanitary.
While we were sitting down to eat we noticed a mouse in the corner of the restaurant, which grossed us out. Because it's... filthy!! on our way out of the building another person came out right behind us saying there were two mice in the restaurantrunning around and picking up food on the floor. The worst part was when we told the staff about it ...they did nothing!!..grossand unacceptable. Oh and get ready to pay for your ketchup packets too! SMH ??????? Read more
Food was fresh and hot. Service was quick. Were polite on taking the order. What I had issue with was they didn't tell you the... pay window was closed or to just pull up to the pickup window to pay. They could just put a sign in window saying next windowplease. Read more
Don?t go here unless you want the displeasure of meeting their rude cashier ?Shantel? who can?t take an order to save her life... and the unprofessionalism associated with telling them they?ve messed up your order after repeating yourself 5 times and thenthey proceed to get frustrated with you due to their slip ups. Awful McDonalds always getting things wrong because they can't understand what ur saying and when they do understand they still... get it wrong .. maybe they should think about customizing a language adjuster for the people who can't really understand Englishwhen there putting orders together so it shows them what the order is in there language so they understand better or something..it needs too b fixed tired of my orders always wrong Read more
Apparently it?s too much to try and figure out what you did wrong w/an order. Screwed up the $5 deal I did through the app and... charged me $9 while arguing I never paid for my sprite. Lol modern day competency for you. Read more
I used the McDonalds app to place my order. I had a 20% any purchase of $3.00 or more expiring that day. I choose to go inside... and pick up so I could use the restroom to wash my hands and just as I was walking in the restaurant I heard them receive myorder and start to prepare it. When I walked out of the restroom they were calling my order number. Talk about timing. Thisplace was in sync with me that day. Read more
