I was completely in disbelief that all attractions closed an hour earlier than the arcade. I brought my assistant managers in... for a drink and team building and was told at 10 min til 8:00 that they closed. I can understand a half hour early but if youhave people wanting to spend money it?s just bad service not to. With all the employees they had there shouldn?t have been anyreason to close things down. Very disappointing as I chose here over D and B and now will have to make another event to gothere. Really disappointing. Read more
Had a private kids party here. Booking was a breeze. Only complaint is that online it said it was booked...when i called i was... able to book the party. They organized everything well making it easy for party planner. All we did after that was bring giftsand cake. The kids had a blast! Host was lovely and helpful Read more
BEST BIRTHDAY EVER! We had so much fun at IN THE GAME in Peabody! My sons birthday is Christmas Eve and lucky for us they were... open! Our immediate family about 6 of us, LOVED the laser tag, arcade games , rope course , and virtual reality!!!!! AND Thefood was SO GOOD! Good place to have fun with kids. The restaurant side needs more attention. Please clean the tables after guests have departed... and check your utensils before wrapping them. Got two separate utensil sets. Both were dirty :(. Overall, pretty decent place tohave fun. Laser tag is great ????. Read more
Attending a birthday party. Went in early to get a bit to eat. Stood at the counter for 10 minutes with no one in sight to take... our order. Asked for assistance from an employee passing. Even then no one came out. Had to order our food with the birthdayparty. Event staff, young lady was very nice and attentive. Tater tots were good, hot dog looked delicious but it was just okay.Unfortunately a disappointment. The event had pizza, not good at all. Game area was a good size. Variety of games. Many cardkiosks were not working. Had to go to the front to reload and check balance. Read more
The staff was really nice and helpful, and the attractions were fun and different. We did the virtual reality (which we would... have liked a little intro to, though), the rope climbs and the laser tag. They were all really fun, although quite a workout. Fun place! Cleaner than most similar places. MY SON loves when I bring him here. Nice rock wall and they have this 3 story... obstacle course for kid's 8 years plus the age is my opinion. It's kinda of pricey. My son and I spent about $100 in about 1.5hour's but it was worth it. FYI I play the games as well. Read more
