This is by far the WORST Dunkin? Donuts I have ever been to. The workers there are NOT trained at all in their job or customer... service. I came here to use my free drink on a large macchiato and I ordered a latte as well as a hot chocolate, when I triedusing my free drink coupon they used it for the hot chocolate and not the macchiato. She refused to use it on the macchiato andrefused to cancel the order so that my coupon could be used for the macchiato.
