I go to a lot of Dunkin' Donuts locations. This one seems to make a lot of mistakes. The staff is nice enough but there always... seems to be something going wrong with my order here. Wrong milk-substitutes used, wrong drink entirely, missing mobile order,selected flavor or sweeteners not used at all (today). If it wasn't the closest, most conveniently located to my home, Iprobably wouldn't gamble coming here anymore. Read more

Young girl at the counter was asked ?do you have midnight ice coffee?? She says I?m not sure??? I looked at het and said well?.... I kinda need to know?.. she says. ?We have it in hot coffee?? Listening skills just lacking. And I received it and I guess Ihave to ask for Liquid sugar for ice coffee because now I?m crunching sugar. SMH never again. Read more
People here are very nice and it?s always busy. Great latte, but twice I have ordered through the on the go Dunkin? app and when... I go to pick up my latte it?s not ready for an additional 5-8 minutes because they?ve had to clean the machine (at 630 in themorning?). Very inconvenient having to wait extra after pre-ordering for pick up in the first place. Also, ordered an egg andcheese on an English muffin once and they gave me the veggie egg instead. Wasn?t bad to be honest, but just wasn?t what Iordered. Read more
