Great customer service!! My fiancé and I went into Wendy?s for a quick dinner. I had ordered the taco salad. I didn?t realize... it had raw red tomatoes on it. I am allergic to raw red tomatoes and when I noticed it I told my fiancé it had tomatoes on it.The nice lady behind the counter was so polite and offered to remake my salad for me. She could have been rude or made me feelworse about the situation than I already did but she was so nice to me about it. Needless to say our food was very good. Whilewe were eating they were deep cleaning as well and it was so nice and clean in the restaurant. We will return. Thank you! Read more
After a terrible experience a few weeks ago, time to see if some of the wrinkles had been worked out. Thought I?d get some... breakfast from pea ridge Wendy?s. Sat at drive thru speaker box for 3 minutes. Finally someone came on and said someone will bethere in a minute to take my order. Waited 5 more minutes, and finally left when I watched 2 employees walk out into the frontparking lot to have a cigarette. How can you ruin a Wendy?s? Read more
The first week they were opened the service and wait times were great. Fast forward to now and they consistently have a very... slow line moving through the drive through, when you reach the drive through they almost always ask you to hold and they willnot be back anytime soon, and on top of that they run out of staple items like French fries. We had a big order, expensive. Our first visit here. They only missed one item, so that was good. But, the food was really... gross. We didn't like any of it. And this was right when they switched to lunch, so it wasn't old or anything. The kids mealsweren't even enough to feed a toddler. Cold items with hot items even with the grown up food wasn't great either. We don't planto try again. Read more
Didn?t get breakfast even though we waited 15 mins before breakfast ended, so ok got lunch and the manager on duty told the girl... at the window to stop explaining the issue to customers (not what a manager should say) then I got my order and it is wrong. Nosour cream for my potato and put ketchup on my burgers when I asked for mayo only , 40 minutes to get the first order (not goingback). The manager doesn?t seem to know how to manage, I know it is only fast food but I feel like better candidates are outthere for that position. Read more
We had exceptionally high hopes for this place to succeed. Pea ridge needs a fast food place that is clean, fast, gets orders... right the first time, and is well managed...this is not that place. One restroom was out of order, the other was filthy and outof soap and paper towels. The drink machine was out of about 20 different varieties of drink. Our order wasn't right onmultiple levels. Sides were wrong, sandwiches had ingredients that aren't advertised on them, etc. Not to mention having towait a very long time for our food. We witnessed multiple families return meals to the counter and express frustration. Weheard employees yelling "are you freaking kidding me" from the kitchen. We heard customers stating that "the hamburger was goodbut I'm not sure I'll be back until they work out their issues". All in all, not a great experience. Wendy's we want you towin! I'm hoping that this feedback finds either an owner or manager and that they can come in and right the ship. Somethingisn't working and needs some attention. Read more
Staff was very friendly and efficient. We got our order immediately without any wait. It has to be the MOST beautiful Wendy?s... property I have ever seen making a very cool location for seating outside on the patio. The food has tasted great. I havealready been there twice. The burgers were cooked great and fries exceptionally hot and well seasoned. Plus they have breakfastcroissants. Read more
went last night for a quick bite, got home and my bacon cheeseburger was 2 buns and a patty and my fries were missing. When they... opened they were amazing, now not so much. Won't be going back to this Wendy's again!! Read more
