We stopped by to get food at around 6. Michael told us that the dining room was closed, which is understandable, but at least ... help your coworker run the line of 15 people instead of standing there watching and going outside. By far the slowest Subway in Arizona. There are people in line with only one person working on a Friday night. There is a 2nd... employee more concerned with cleaning tables; but the lobby is closed door dining. #fail Read more

Out of alot of menu choices! Bread was not fresh! Tables were not clean! All glass (doors and windows) needed to be cleaned. I... am giving 3 stars instead of 2 stars because I used a coupon making the price OK. If I had to pay full price it would definitelyhave been 2 stars....used to be a great place to go, not any more. If I could give this restaurant 0 stars I would. I ordered my food online for delivery, I added the address and payment... information and it showed it was processing only to return to my cart. I called and asked if they had received my order and Iwas told they had not. I told them about the issue I was having and he again verified that he did not get an online order. Iagain told him it was for delivery and was told door dash is the company that delivers for them and they haven't been coming topick up customers orders. So they are losing money. I looked at my credit card account and was charged twice. So I called backagain and got told he couldn't do anything about the charges. So now here having to call my credit card company to dispute thecharges and attempt to call the Corporate office on Monday Read more
