There are three Starbucks in town, two are drive through and I would much rather go to this particular Starbucks. The ladies are... super friendly and know us by name! They never mess up our drinks which is a huge plus and are always wonderful to talk to. :)Keep being awesome ladies. Read more
I was shopping at Bashas.
I step into bashas to starbuck's but ,it was closed. The on-line said closes at 9 p.m.but,it was already closed .:( every... starbucks in payson was closed.they was all out with the chickens ????.lol. ????ha ha. Read more
Beautiful big shop but employees were not your typical helpful ?Starbucks style? =stellar customer service and friendliness,... that I?m used to. I stopped by on a rainy day on my way through to Scottsdale. The check out girl was curt and evening though Irepeated my order, they didn?t get it correct, and ignored me when I mentioned it, so I just left. My drink did not taste verygood, as it usually does, either. There were only 2 customers at the time and 3 employees, so I was surprised. Not theStarbucks I usually experience, but it was a snap shot in time. Hopefully they?ll improve bc it is a great location. Read more

I came last min to get a coffee. I ordered a Iced macchiato the worker said they shut down their coffee machine. I was pretty... bummed I didn?t know what else?s to order she surprised me with some kind of fancy drink with caffeine.
