I dont live near here but ordered while passing through town. Very slow even though I ordered ahead. They gave me the wrong... order which I didn't notice till I was already gone. Sent a message asking for a refund and explained the situation. Took 2months and multiple reminders for me to hear anything and all they did was offer me some credit at a store that's hours awayfrom me. Don't recommend this location. Read more

Food was good. I ordered a delivery to my hotel. Guy couldn't find my room, which are all numbered...in numerical order. I had... to put on God damned clothes and walk to the front of the hotel. Guy drove 1.2 miles to not spend 1.2 seconds to look for myroom. I'd have taken the tip back but it was already paid. Read more
Place is slow and messes up our order every single time, again. Super disappointing. Previously 5 stars: The food and service... at this Jimmy John's has gotten so much better. They used to be Freaky-SLOW and mess up our order every time. It was such abummer because we'd loved Jimmy John's where we used to live. However, since they got some new managers and new team membersrecently things have been absolutely great. Fast, fresh, delicious. Deacon was particularly helpful, professional, and quick. Read more

Whatever happened 6 or 7 months ago really made this place go downhill fast. I used to LOVE them and would personally order... frequently as well as use for my staff lunches. Between rude staff and completely poorly made skimpy sandwiches 2 visits in arow, I contacted customer service with pictures and exact dates and time for them to review the incidents. They were very kindand attentive, although the only recourse was credit at this Payson store. The workers there were even ruder and condescendingupon me trying to place an order for a small staff lunch. I didn't get through ordering before I decided enough was enough. Iwould do ANYTHING to make it right for a customer, the kid on the phone made it VERY clear he was not interested in that at all.Even putting me on hold for 10 minutes, though just putting the phone down so I could hear the staff, not busy, simply laughingand joking with each other. When I spoke with customer service about this, after scrambling for a different lunch for my staff,I was told they would work on getting me a refund in form of a check sent, though as of 2 months now, nothing has been done. Honestly I am not a fan. The cost is ridiculous. The sandwiches are not worth the cost for the portion size. The staff is less... than enthusiastic. How long does it take to make a few sandwiches? I mean really. Read more
