Been to this location a few times as I pass through Payette. Tonight they were out of large patties. Yes, Burger King was out of... burgers. So I ordered two small cheeseburgers and an onion ring. Was told to pull around to wait for onion rings. After 10minutes I went inside and was told they still weren't ready. The is certain employee's here that complains and bad mouth's her fellow employees to the customers. This is not the proper way... to handle problems or complaints about other staff. There are certain employees that continue to yell and argue with staff tothe point customers have too hear it. This is one of the worst BK'S I've ever been to! Read more
Really fast and friendly. Clean too even the restroom. Yummy food as always at BK.
Just went through the drive thru with my whole family. Was ordering what food we wanted then started to order slushes and asked... for 3 cherry ones. She said they don't have cherry and i said ok then let me have 3 strawberry lemonade while she was talkingand then she snapped at me and said dont interrupt her. She screamed through the speaker. The last couple times the service has been horrible. Today nobody would take my order inside and I watch people pull into and... back out of the drive thru, several people looked at me until I finally asked if anyone was going to help me. I usually love BK but this time not so much. My great granddaughter and I couldn't taste what we were eating for all the mustard... that was oozing out. We used our napkins to scrape it off. Not at all please. Read more
Seriously better to go to Ontario for Burger King, It's just 3 miles more and the quality is better.. Went there tonight and... waited around 20mins for my order to realize they were calling order numbers after my order number so I went up and askedwhere's my food and come to find out they passed it out to someone else threw drive threw so I waited even longer for them toremake my order... then in the process a lady comes in and her entire order is messed up badly?? Either bad employees ormanagement or both on their part... Got my order finally and sat down to find out the Texas Double whopper only had 2 patties,onions, tomatoes, pickles, very little lettuce and mayo... where's the ketchup and bacon? I don't like being picky but if Ican't make a deal to make the meal cheaper then I want the correct meal because that's what I paid for!!
