We?d been traveling for 5 hrs and my son had to go to the bathroom (urgently). Thought it would be nice to get ice cream on our... stop. Website says it closes at 10:00. We were there at 9:45 and the whole place was shut down. Very disappointing- especiallywhen you have to wait another 10 minutes for the next stop. Read more
Every time I go in here there is a line, but the people I assume who are being paid to work their are either in the back doing... nothing or don't seem to care. I'm not sure who runs this place but your employees could benefit from some customer servicetraining. Read more
The Establishment is clean there's a variety of merchandise and the place was clean in general. The problem I had was with the... guy who took our order for ice cream seemed almost mad we were there ordering. We got three small kids ice creams in a cup amedium smoothie and a small shake and he seemed visually upset slamming stuff down like we are wasting his time or whatever. I'msorry I've worked in food if you don't like your job get a new one and don't take it out and paying customers. On the brightside everything was delicious. Read more

I was very disappointed on my recent trip here. To start, when I approached the counter, I wasn't getting acknowledged so I... began to look at prepacked ice cream, then a man approached the counter and was served quickly. No biggie. Well, when I finallyordered my milkshake, I had a coupon for $1 off of a frozen beverage at ANY LOCATION that they flatly told me they won't acceptbecause "we are a small location". My milkshake still got made and tasted ok but the customer service was horrible and I don'tplan on returning. I highly recommend just driving to the Manhattan location as they have much better customer service. Read more
We come in there everyday to from our commute from JC to Topeka and the store has been fantastic until recent new employees.... They hired about 4 new people all teenagers it seems and now every time we go on there it just seems like a flirting play storefor the employees. The is one female working in particular she is a new girl on the young side and she is very Stuck up and rudecompletely ignores people if she doesn't want to do anything has a snotty attitude and always I mean always thinks me and mywife and 2 year old son are stealing or something ? Every time we check out she runs to the counter to make sure the cashierknows what we ordered while wispering saying rude things about us. We had already paid for out stuff the one day and whereleaving and she started yelling in the middle of the store THEY DIDN'T PAY THEY DIDN'T PAY and the manager (jesse) had tocorrect her. It's just embarrassing and insulting for her to pass judgment on us because I believe the way we look (tattooed)when in fact we come in there daily. Needless to say the new staff is terrible and we will not being going in there again forawhile. Also I think if they spent a little less time gossiping and more time working then they would know that we have paid forout stuff lol. I mean come on we spend 30-50$ a day! In there.
