I literally just went here haven?t eaten anything legit all day. I ordered a chicken sandwhich I know this thing has been... sitting out for hours. The chicken is hard as a rock. Honestly its a hit or miss when you go.. the fries are never fresh ???? the cashier usually isn't friendly their combo deals are... fairly reasonable i miss their go wraps tho spicy and homestyle were sooo good Read more

I usually enjoy Wendy's Classic Chicken Sandwich with a Medium Fry. This particular location (Cottage St. Pawtucket, RI) poorly... prepares the food I've been served. On multiple occasions, the chicken has been significantly overcooked looking dark brown(burned) and tasting tough and dry. Their Fries are coated with so much salt as to be inedible. Next time I'm in the mood forWendy's, I will drive the extra miles to an alternative location. Read more
waitress gave me an ice coffee when I asked for a Milkshake, she said we don't have Milkshakes. she said Milkshakes are made... with ice cream and you can drink one through a straw. Then she replayed we have Frosties and you can't drink them through astraw. I didn't know you called Milkshakes "Frosties". she knew what i wanted and gave me the ice coffee anyway. I?ve been to this location a few times now since I?ve moved to the area in December. Every time I?ve gone, they don?t have what... I want to order. Today (04/30/21), they didn?t have chili, vanilla frosties , and a long list of beverages. So, I waited over ahalf an hour to order. I ordered two fries and two chocolate frosties (instead of vanilla), and no chili (which I wanted toredeem with my rewards). They messed up my order and it took another 20 mins for them to notice that I was still waiting there.Fast forward...The fries I got weren?t full, and the frosties I weren?t the right size. I feel like I get robbed every time Icome here. Who ever is managing this location either needs to step up their ordering game, or resign so someone better can takeover. Read more
This place is not somewhere to return,this is the second time I?ve been there and they can?t get things right at all. I went in... asking for a sandwich they couldn?t complete and was told right when im about to pay. I ask to replace the sand which with afull sized sand which and to simply put in some bacon. Instead what I got was a junior bacon,exactly the opposite of what Iasked. To ensure that I wasn?t charged for an incorrect item I asked for a receipt.
