Staff members are very friendly and this place is very clean with great coffee. I wish corporate would send more milk as there... are many times I cannot order due to the shortage of oat milk Read more

I ordered ahead on the app over a week ago, on the app, and was unfamiliar on how to do so. I went inside, and tried to figure... out where I went wrong. I was met with unprofessionalism by the sandwich maker at the time, Kelly, I believe her name was. Longstory short, she threw the bag with my sandwich at me. I had at that point, paid for the sandwich twice. It had been sittingthere's for 10 minutes at that point as well. When I asked for her name, I was met with resistance and attitude. Then, a womanby the name of Loretta told me, "GO BACK TO BED". I asked for her name as well, she had no problems giving it, as though therewould be no repercussions, and thus far there hasn't been. I made a complaint with corporate to no avail. They told me, thatwithin 2 business days, someone would contact me to resolve the matter. This hasn't happened either. By the time I got mysandwich, it was cold, and not cut down the middle like I had asked. I will NEVER EVER use that Dunkin until those 2 employeesreceive some type of discipline. Read more

Online it says you open at 4:30am saw a car use the drive thru but as I went to go inside the doors were locked! Not everyone... owns a vehicle so do not advertise you open at 4:30am when you still aren't letting people in your establishment. It isabsolutely inconvenient for people on foot. Be considerate! I am not a Dunkin person (I know, shocker... SUPPORT SMALL BUSINESSES!), but I walked in last minute for a Box-of-Joe for a... wedding party and within 10 minutes the insanely busy Dunkin had one ready for me, freshly made and despite the staff beingoverwhelmed with how crazy busy they were, they were so kind and friendly to not just me but to everyone who entered. I don'tusually go here but I will definitely stop in if I am in a pinch because even though I am personally not a huge fan of thecoffee, I am a huge fan of kindness and great service. Thank you to the kind staff of treating everyone right, that truly goes along way. Read more

I?m giving this location a 3, I may have rated it higher previously. At 9:15 am, the line for drivethru is about 15 cars long.... I go inside. There are 5 girls all working drive thru, and 1 person in the back. Patiently waiting, while a young family of 3playfully laugh at a table nearby. No one else is waiting, just me. I am not acknowledged as I wait 5 minutes. Yup 5 minutes! One girl passes from behind the counter, I say excuse me. Running past me she says 1 minute. Out of the 5 employees 1 is workingwindow, 1 is on the toasters, 1 is looking confused with tickets, 1 is grabbing coffees while 1 one who I assume should be atthe counter keeps running in the back with a bag, possibly filling them with items as she runs them back to the window. Here?sthe thing, they have a time to make for drive thru, not the counter, so you wait. You are better off staying in your car andwaiting than going inside. The poor counter girl was nice, but ultimately overcharged me. I didn?t say anything because itdidn?t appear she needed a nuisance working as hard as she was. I?ve traveled a lot and it appears New England is the longestwait for a coffee. Read more

I ordered a almond iced latte. The counter girl was awesome. Though I forgot her name. I also ordered a avacado toast. I watched... her make my toast. She picked up something off the floor with her glove. Never changed her glove before making my toast and Igot a tiny end piece of toast and I watched her skim my toast. She didn?t even use a knife full of avacado. Then used then samethin container of avacado for two more people?s toasted. At 3.00 a piece you?d think they?d give you the container. You get thecontainer if it?s cream cheese. It?s the same size., cheap . Taking advantage of customers. Read more
