They had no glazed, no rainbow sprinkle, no chocolate frosted it was late afternoon, not the 1st time.
I ordered ahead on the app over a week ago, on the app, and was unfamiliar on how to do so. I went inside, and tried to figure... out where I went wrong. I was met with unprofessionalism by the sandwich maker at the time, Kelly, I believe her name was. Longstory short, she threw the bag with my sandwich at me. I had at that point, paid for the sandwich twice. It had been sittingthere's for 10 minutes at that point as well. When I asked for her name, I was met with resistance and attitude. Then, a womanby the name of Loretta told me, "GO BACK TO BED". I asked for her name as well, she had no problems giving it, as though therewould be no repercussions, and thus far there hasn't been. I made a complaint with corporate to no avail. They told me, thatwithin 2 business days, someone would contact me to resolve the matter. This hasn't happened either. By the time I got mysandwich, it was cold, and not cut down the middle like I had asked. I will NEVER EVER use that Dunkin until those 2 employeesreceive some type of discipline. Read more

Online it says you open at 4:30am saw a car use the drive thru but as I went to go inside the doors were locked! Not everyone... owns a vehicle so do not advertise you open at 4:30am when you still aren't letting people in your establishment. It isabsolutely inconvenient for people on foot. Be considerate!
