I came here ALL the time, and have ALWAYS ordered the same thing, each and every time. Well the time before this, I didn't get... my onion ring on my sandwich nore the bbq sauce (the #4 combo). This last time not only did I not get my onion ring, they triedgiving me the number 2 even though I paid for the number 4. I'm never coming back again. I'm a cook and i know all my recipeslike the back of my hand. If a simple onion ring can't be cooked, then you have the wrong people in the kitchen. Read more
I love this location it's typically clean, fast, and the food is hot... the drive-thru doesn't really take a long time even when... it's pretty long it's not too bad. The workers are typically friendly don't really have to deal with any attitude or smartremarks or gestures. The slushies are normally really really good not too watery not too sweet not nasty like it's missingsomething. Lol. I love the hot dogs the chicken sandwiches typically are a bit dry to me so I don't bother with them but theburgers are very tasty they are one of my favorites to pick up the menu. 2 weeks ago I arrived around 9:30pm to only be told they don't take food orders after 9:30 even though they close at 10. ... Arrived today and ordered a small pop corn chicken and 2 fountain drinks. The chicken was cold and the drinks were flat. Theservice and product here have gone downhill in the past few months and that really saddens me. Thought I would pull in for a quick burger. Quick- Right! Ordered from one of their car bays. After 20 minutes, I pressed the... button again to see if the order was coming. Was told they were leaving with it. Waited another 10 minutes. Pressed thebutton again and was told "Oh yeah, wait a minute but no response. After 5 minutes, I got out of my car and went in to see whatthe problem was. They actually told me that they couldn't find me. What ! I ordered from one of the car bays. How could theynot find me? Ridiculous. I got a refund and went somewhere else. Will not be back. The people running this place areincompetent. Mass confusion. Read more
I gave them 3 stars because I pulled right up to the speaker to place my order and it took 5 minutes for them to get to me. I... was going to get a combo, cheeseburger fries and a coke, and also 2 strawberry milkshakes and 1 chocolate milkshake for me andmy parents . It took so long for them to take my order that I just got the combo meal and forgot about getting the shakesbecause I thought it would take too long. The food was good though. Read more
This is not the first time this has happened. They always serve cold food and give you less than you pay for. This is supposedly... a large tater tot. Its safe to say I will not be going back here in the future. This happened at 7:45 on Feb 23rd 2022. Thisplace is a absolute rip off and their food is not that good and the employees are rude.
