Best national sub chain, great food but a little pricey
We all know what we're getting at a sub shop... it isn't fine dining, it isn't a mature, seasoned staff, and it isn't a broad... and varied menu. But thats why we go... for the sandwiches! Just give me a clean restaurant, friendly staff, fresh bread, andtwice as much meat as any Subway and im happy! Good job Mikes! Read more

Well on Sunday I was headed to get a sub after leaving publix but I noticed about 5 employees outside of the back of the store... taking a break. 1 was sitting down, while the other 3 where closey holding, loving on and taking pictures with a dog. All ofthem in work uniform. I decided to go home and cook instead... I love animals but I'm allergic however there are sanitarysituations I'm not willing to test. It's really nice to see your sub made from scratch before your eyes. The meats were sliced as we watched and the sandwiches... assembled exactly as we wanted. The place was busy, but we had our subs in only a few minutes. Download the app and join therewards club for an even better deal. One of the best subs around, just wish you could get them toasted! Disappointed! Sandwich was literally thrown together. It virtually has no meat in a streak and cheese, just cheese and no... onions and peppers to speak of. Nice location would have been a regular. Read more
Ordered at the counter for carry out, right around peak time. We read that they did gluten free after recently discovering I had... a major issue with gluten. They really cleaned the grill, used clean utensils, and only had one person handling the food. Ireally appreciated the care they took preparing the food, the fear is real but lemme tell ya the hives and what can be weeks ofbeing miserable are even more real. They still managed to get us in and out quickly, as well as several others. So far, no gutproblems or hives. I can't even express what a relief it was to feel genuinely comfortable eating food NOT prepared at home fora change! And it was SO GOOD! New favorite spot! THANK YOU!!!! Read more
