Sonic food is generally good for fast food. However, service is what separates one Sonic from another. At the Pawhuska Sonic, I... pressed the red button to announce my intention to order. I actually saw a employee look out the service door and see me, to noavail. I waited nearly 10 minutes (I clocked it) and then had to push the red button again and again had to wait 3 more minutesbefore someone answered to take my order. Finally, I got my hot food and cold drink. As mentioned, the food is standard fare,hot or cold as required, fairly good tasting, but good service is a must. They were out of popcorn chicken (at 9pm?) and have no Grilled Chicken sandwich offering on the menu, apparently. We assumed... Sonic menus were universal. Who doesn't offer a Grilled Chicken sandwich??? Service was quick, though. That's why I rated a 3instead of a 2. Read more
Me and my friend order medium cheddar bites and a large cherry limeade with extra cherry l but we were paying separate so we had... them separate the order after tell them the second order is the same as the first about 10 times he read it back and it wascorrect. Then the carhop brings it out. The order wasn't split I got what I asked for but my friend did not. They gave her alarge cheddar bite but she didn't have enough to pay for it. She also orders extra cherry on her drink and it was just alimeade. After trying to explain and the carhop interrupting her she gets mad and said will you stop and let me talk and he says"well if your gonna have an attitude you can leave" it's not that hard to get it right it was simple Read more
Probably the worst sonic I've ever been to. They never seem to have enough people to work or something. I've had it take 10... minutes for someone to take my order. And then they likely won't get the order right.. the last time I went there I got aStrawberry limeade and ended up throwing it away because there was a piece of lettuce in it. Seriously gross. Arrived 20 minutes ago. Pushed the button to order. Sat with red light blinking, but never a response. Flagged down one of... the girls to see if their system was working. She said yes, and she'd go find out what was up. She then came back out andtalked to 3 other cars who had also had arrived shortly after us. Then she came to our car to inform us that it was going to beanother 15 minutes before they would take any food orders because there were 7 orders ahead of us on the screen. This is the3rd attempt in the last 6 weeks to order from this restaurant. Once the computer had crashed, and another time we waited for 10minutes before anyone took our order, then waited for 20 minutes for our food. Seriously disappointed in the service andcommunication. Okay so I've gone to a lot of sonics before. This one really took the cake. I even told the server that I've never seen a burger... that actually looked like the commercial. Everything was lined up perfectly the lettuce was spread out the onions are spread outthe pickles are spread out. The burger patties looked even larger than the ones in Kansas City. But I can honestly say I'venever seen a burger look and taste so good at Sonic. I plan on stopping here each time I head down to Jennings Oklahoma. Read more
Went through the drive-thru had a drink and onion rings both were awesome service was great
We had ordered online, we live 7 minutes away & when we got there to get our food it was already cold. They didn?t give us any... marinara for cheese sticks or bbq for popcorn chicken- like we had asked for in our order. Pressed the button to ask formarinara and bbq & didn?t get an answer so after 5 minutes I just went to the door and asked. Everybody was just standing aroundwith the board going off. I am not one to complain because I used to work at sonic when I was in school but there was ONE othercar there, there was no reason to not answer the board. Read more
