This is my second review of The Beaver Den. The first review was not all that great. However, it seems they have gotten their... collective act together. We have been several times recently. The food has been quite good and the service has been top notch.The new dining room expansion is tasteful and desperately needed. We are so happy to have such a local asset. It comes at theperfect time - there is NOTHING else around since Coupe?s (aka County Line whatever) took a dump. Thank you Beaver! Great ribs,great burgers (get the French Beaver for a culinary treat), Den Tenders are great, salad bar is fresh and excellent, everythingis awesome. Owner Chris is a delight. Incredible food... it all comes out like it's made from real homemade food the Reuben wrap has real corned beef in it and is my... favorite! The curds are like they're from Wisconsin and the drinks are always cold. Plenty of room to bring the family sincethey expanded as well! I'd recommend you check it out! Read more
One of the best tenderloins I've ever tried. The first one I've eaten plain without condiments. Amazing breading on the chicken... tenders and the tenderloin reminds me of a beer batter/Long John Silver batter and it is spot on for flavor! The BBQ Beaver wrapwas so delicious and her new potato fries/wedges were really good too! Great service from Amanda who treated us West CentralIllinoirs well!!
