I took my mom out to lunch at The Grille today. We sat on the patio and i was so impressed. Today was 80's theme and the... waitress was dressed up and they were playing 80's music. My mom absolutely loved it and had to tell the waitress that shegraduated in 83 and how this music brought back memories. The staff was amazing and great food/drinks. So proud to have TheGrille as part of our community! Thank you for giving my mom a great experience while she was visiting from out of state! Read more
Late dinner here at the Grille proved to be well worth the stop of off I-35. On a Thursday night it's not easy to find a decent... kitchen in this area that's opened past 9 pm, but this place is open till 10:00 pm. Just like most of the other reviews, ourparty of 5 was seated and our drink order was taken immediately. Not one time throughout the meal did Anthony let any of thedrinks get below half full. As a table, we ordered 2 different burger meals (bourbon bacon, and jalapeño burger), the cajunshrimp entrée, the chicken tenders kids meal and the avocado blue cheese salad. The burgers were very good (see pic below),cooked medium well and the toppings were adequate and very tasty. The cajun shrimp was fantastic and the sauce that came with itdid not dissapoint. The chicken tenders reminded me of a moist, beer battered tender not like the normal pub fare over cookeddry tender that is as dry as a popcorn fart. These were very, very tasty. All of the above listed meals came with seasonedfries, although you could add sweet potato fries or Onion rings for an additional cost. Everyone said that the fries were verygood, and I agreed. The salad was very big and my wife only found one bad piece of salad, which wasn't old but just the butt endof the head of lettuce. No big deal. The dressing was tasty, and all the acoutrements were also freshly prepared (sliced hardboiled egg, bacon, blue cheese crumbles, avocado slices, croutons, tomatoes, green peppers, onions, cucumbers). Kids orderedsweet teas to drink and they were pleasantly mixed with more like a 50/50 mix of sweet and unsweetened tea unlike the mom andpop beetus teas that are overly sweet. Beers were tasty and properly chilled. All in all this place was phenomenal and knockedit out of the park. Food was great, came out hot like it had just been cooked and the staff did an excellent job. Willabsolutely come back! Read more
Stopped in foe dinner. Service was excellent. I had a burger that left me stuffed. It was hot and well prepared. My glass... never got empty for my drink. Staff was friendly and well accommodating. Paid $30 for a burger and fries with lemonade. Soa tad on the high side, but like I said, it was good. Read more
Decided to stop by since it had been awhile and were seated promptly. The waitress was pleasant and the rest of the staff all... had smiles as well. We ordered our food and drinks and everything was served in a timely manner. My steak was cooked perfectlyand my wife's shrimp were seasoned nicely. The only complaint that I might would have is when we got our dessert you could tellthe ice cream was the kind you buy at the store in the little round containers like you would give to a child so it had the"fake" taste. Other than that we enjoyed our food and our visit. Read more

Read all of the great reviews online and hubby and I thought we'd give them a try. Well...I'm not sure if we just went on a bad... night/shorthanded staff or what but we stood at the door for about 5-7 minutes before anyone came to the hostess stand to seatus, and there wasn't a line at all to be seated. Got seated...took another 10 minutes before we were greeted by the waitresswith an apology that she was busy and to thank us for our patience. Nice of her...we finally placed our order, salmon on riceplate, bowl of French onion soup, salads, chicken fried steak. The salad had ENTIRELY too much dressing on it, every leaf oflettuce was soaked with Blue cheese. French onion soup was so cold that it didn't even start to melt the 2 slices of whitecheese that was placed on top. The salmon, WAY overcooked, the rice underneath it was good. Green beans were bland, no seasoningat all. Like I said...I'm not sure if we just picked a horrible night to go, but based on what was served to us, we won't begoing back. It was a TOTAL TRAIN WRECK from start to finish. As far as the price goes, had it been good food...$54 isn't bad.??????????? Read more
