we stopped early morning on 9/10/22. The staff working that day (3 young women) were friendly and you could tell they liked... working together. The service was excellent and we couldn't get over how good our breakfast sandwiches were that morning. Stopped in for a coffee, didn?t have what I was looking for (cold brew with sweet cream) so I ordered something similar (ice... coffee with sweet cream). Cashier was rude, but that was okay, everyone has a bad day. She typed my order in wrong, I gentlymade sure what I ordered was what was typed in. She rudely told me that was how they did it. My drink was wrong but the rest ofthe crew was talking, someone not in a uniform making a drink behind the counter. Drinks where not good and $1.50 more then itshould of been. Read more

Some guy made a comment about one of the employees on her phone talking to someone and making drinks by herself, another girl... sitting at the register was saying ?she?s only one person? but nastily. (Very unnecessary) meanwhile she could have helped hercoworker in the beginning, she did end up helping her but? she started making a drink but slamming stuff around. He made anothercomment ?you don?t need to be doing that so roughly?. I ended up waking away and didn?t hear the rest of the conversation. Worst experience ever. Barista had a nasty attitude, took forever to make my drink. Served other people that came after me... first. Got my sandwich wrong. Highly do not recommend and will not patronize this establishment again. Read more

I went in to get a latte and all I got was foam both batistas dumped the first cup down the drain and gave me half a cup with... all foam . This place should shut down if you are going to treat people like this. $7.00 for a half cup of coffee. ThanksStarbucks great for making dunkin look so good. Read more
