I picked up my order to go. I got home and my chicken was ice cold, and they had used oil that had become rancid. There were... signs when I arrived that I unfortunately chose to ignore. When I arrived the doors were being held open with chairs. There wasa faint smell of bad oil. When the lady came to get my payment there was sauce on her hands, no gloves, and she did not wipe herhands before using the register. I don't usually post negative, but someone can get sick. I at 2 pieces of chicken and had tothrow the rest of my order away. NEVER AGAIN. Read more

Recently moved to Patterson and I have been extremely disappointed as to how long it?s taken to receive our food. We have gone... 5x and it?s always been 45min wait with no one in the restaurant, I can?t imagine how long it would take if they had a line. The managers are highly unprofessional and do not know anything about customer satisfaction. Not only did this particular... manager Kehlani mess up my order, she didn?t bother to apologize. I wasn?t rude when I had to go in to get it fixed and yet shewas rude and made comments that a manager shouldn?t make. We have enjoyed three meals at this Wingstop now. The food is delicious no matter what we or our friends have ordered. The... service can be slow IF they are hammered.
