The place has good concept of food choices and ambience. Some of the food choices have a great taste, like the torta,... quesabirria and keto taco. The burrito not as much. The food is not fastfood cheap, but not extremely priced. However the frontline service was a big turn off. The cashier was snarky and clearly not happy to be there. I always try to leave a good review. I review a lot of restaurants. This establishment has the rudest customer service i have... ever received. We went there on the recommendation of a family member. As soon as we walked in the lady at the counter told uswe couldn't be seated until we paid for an order. Im handicapped so I normally asked to be seated then a family member order'sfor me, if we don't have a waitress to take it. As soon as we finished our order the lady asked us for a tip. I have absolutelyno issues with giving a tip. But not for her just to ring us up and nothing else. Then we had to pick up the order when it wasdone. But she delivered a order to a table next to us. We had to go back and ask for our drinks and the lady gave us a dirtylook and rolled her eye's. I know people have bad days but this was beyond rude, let's just say it kept happening.
