Customer service at this location is absolutely terrible. Especially an associate named Julia, as I was enjoying my meal I hear... her not only just yell across the room at customers, there was also an elderly couple who were just trying to order and she wasbeing very loud, rude, impatient, and overall confusing to the couple. Girl "helping" us was rude. Stated to her co-worker that she just wanted to go home already as she proceeded to ignore us.... Didn't wait to see if we wanted anything else, she just told us to pay at the counter. Didn't offer anything else. And forgotour teriyaki sauce. Portions were smaller than usual as well. So disappointed in this place. I love Panda so much and was excited to get to have some with our trip to the Walmart next door.... The rice was over cooked and had large rock hard clumps. The orange chicken which is usually my favorite just tasted funny andwas also over cooked or it has been sitting there for way too long. Worst Panda I have ever been to. Read more
I would just avoid online ordering from now on, super disgusting dry old food three times in a row now. To top it off they... forgot the Kung pow chicken on one order. Don?t even wanna bother calling, just done with this place. They obviously have nocare when it comes to online orders and you get the bottom of the barrel dried up scum.
