If I could give this location negative stars I would. My family and I stopped here for a quick bite after visiting the Fantozzi... Farms haunted drive-thru. When we pulled up to order the lady instantly told us they had a limited selection because they "threwaway all the chicken". My husband told her that's great because we were wanting to order burgers and she said "you can't orderburgers because we just cleaned the grill". It was 2 1/2 hrs prior to them closing and they threw the food away and cleaned thegrill already?! Every time we come to this location there has been an issue. According to other people's reviews it appears weare not the only ones experiencing the horrible service here. Based on what appears to be an auto-response from the A&W "owner"stating "We're very sorry about this experience. We truly appreciate your feedback and will make sure this is addressed with theteam here. Thank you!" explains the lack luster attitude towards their job. A&W should really screen their franchise owners toensure they keep up with industry standards and won't soil their brand. I hope the owner of this franchise will do what is rightand take their ownership seriously. Actually address these issues with their staff and make major changes at this establishmentbecause they are ruining the A&W brand by their carelessness and lack luster responses. We will never come to this locationagain until it is under new ownership. Read more
1st and last time I come here. Restaurant is filthy, half of the sodas are out, they don't have cash to give out change. Ordered a bucket of chicken for pick up. They said it would be done in 15 minutes. Got there in 12 to find out they "they sold... our bucket of chicken to someone else, cuz they thought we weren't coming". People were rude. Would not recommend stoping here Read more
Well, once again this restaurant has failed. Went to drive thru to order lunch. As I'm ready to order girl tells me "just so you... know it's exact cash or card only." I didn?t want French fries, I wanted an A7 with cheese curds instead. I was told I have to get the fries and that I could not... substitute them for cheese curds and pay the difference. ???? ???? Never again! Read more
The facility was filthy. The guy in line caused the dining room to wreak of pot. We love A & W but this franchise really needs... some deep, deep cleaning. Read more
Stopped here ?quickly? on our way home. Woman at the window was rude and unprofessional. Did not repeat order, nor give me a... total. Not to mention, had us pull around to the parking lot and wait for our order for over 20 minutes! Also, when we finallyreceived our order it was not correct or complete. My husband had to go in and correct the order to get the rest of the items. Ihave now been sitting in our car for over a half hour waiting. Inside, he still has not been helped.
