Chef REHMAN is an absolute delight when it came to customer service and preparing ?Chef Special Biryani? that is acombination of Land & Sea (Chicken ????, Goat ???? & Shrimp ????). I was recommended this restaurant by two locals because they have verified hand slaughtered meat. Unfortunately my experience... was subpar. It started with asking the cashier what?s good on the menu and him not being able to answer that at all. I orderedgoat saag with rice, naan and masala chai. The order came out without rice and lamb saag instead of goat saag. It looked like anexisting curry was combined with spinach. Masala chai lacked masala. Additionally I was charged incorrectly for home style teainstead of masala chai. Finally and most importantly the dish had no flavor ????. It was plain and spice less. The only goodthing about this place is the kindness of the chef who did come out and ask about my food and packed up the leftovers. Prayingthey read this and improve, I really wanted to like this place but you can?t have these many mistakes with one order, especiallywhen I told them I was recommended here and trying it for first time. Ordered a large order. Noticed one of the dishes was not included in the restaurant. Asked waiter to check but he refused saying... everything was there. Got home missing Chicken Tikka Masala, and called the restaurant. Restaurant informed me that they had runout for the month and would refund my dish. Not only is their food salty, and they give the same order for diff orders. Like butter chicken and chicken tikka masala will b... the same exact dish no difference at all. This time I got lollipop chicken, they gave me pre made fried chicken wings withtandoori masala on it fried, this is a sad excuse for lollipop chicken. I got beef karahi from star restaurant which made me through up. The smell of the beef like old and bloody. I would not... recommend that dish. Other dishes I ordered which are chicken and shrimp are good. Read more
