I specifically ordered The Tuscan six cheese, This is not to my liking at all. The manager did not offer to remake my pie, or... request to have a look to return the pie or anything. Highly unsatisfied just lost a customer. I spent $65 in total purchasedtwo large pies, 8-Piece hot wings with cheese-stixs for my Tuscan pie to be all wrong. I was mot offered a refund or anexchange. They have people who don?t speak English working here and trying to ask questions or place an order is damn near impossible then... I am always fan of Papa John's pizza. Whenever I visit Paterson downtown, this this my go to place. Pizzas are always fresh and... hot whenever I have placed an order. Only thing I'm am missing is that I wish they bring back that community or local deals. Iuse to grab those even while wasn't planning on eating papa John's. Price and deals are decent, currently regular deals areavailable with the decent price. This place gets the pizza ready on time and does not delay the order. Read more
It's unbelievable that this paps John's don't deliver to me. They are 5min away. They told me "we don't deliver to that zip... code" . Im right next to them. im at 07503. A few blocks away from st. Joseph hospital. I have to call the one in clifton onLakeview Ave a town over for them to deliver to me.. thats Unacceptable. Read more
I waited two hours for my 45 minute order, only to receive an ice cold pizza that tasted like cardboard. I think if I would've... tried the box it probably would have had more flavor. I wish I could have given negative stars because it was just horrible. Theingredients did not taste fresh and they didn't even place the sauces that I ordered. My advice STAY AWAY!!!! Had a huge problem with my delivery driver. Not only was it well over an hour and a half after making an online order that my... wife went there and asked about our order, one of the workers claimed that it was out for delivery so my wife came home. 40minutes later still NOTHING!! I called more times than I can count and no one picked up the phone i eventually decided to godthere myself and apparently my order was never sent out bc it was just packaged as I was arriving there! I was fuming!!!! Afterspeaking with the manager (seemed like a decent dude) he told me my next order will be on the house. In the end the pizza was asgood as always so only for that and my next order being free am I giving them 4 stars! Read more
