I finally found the best Shawarma in Paterson hands down. I drove for two hours and it was really worth the drive. Ordered... chicken and beef sandwiches and they were the most authentic I have tried in NJ. The meat was juicy and tender. The chickencomes with garlic dip that takes it to a whole different level and pickled cucumber that adds some delightful crunch andsourness. The Taheeni sauce brings that original beef shawarma taste as if you were in Sham, Syria... You can add french friesas a combo. The place does not have dining tables inside but they had setup two tables right outside. Service was quick within15 minutes we had 8 sandwiches although they seemed busy... One of the best shawarmas I?ve had. Their claim of best shawarma in Paterson, is definitely backed up. Bread was toasted and... wasn?t too thick. Chicken was seasoned right and cooked perfectly. They weren?t cheap on the garlic sauce in the wrap and werevery generous by giving a large container of it with the order. The fries were surprisingly pleasant, added a nice seasoning tothem and they were cooked just right. Highly recommend this place if your looking for takeout. Turkish place. Nothing fancy. People order a type of various bread stuff with meat. This place was recommended so I did not know... what to expect. I was hoping for lamb or fish but it's not that type of place and so I just ordered a shepherd salad which wasbountiful and delicious with fresh crumbled feta cheese on top . The shawarma was great , it was authentic and great tasting . The chicken shawarma I liked better than the beef. I saw the... comments about the lady who answers the in bound calls , it?s a culture thing, in the Middle eastern they are always multitasking the young girl that your referring to took care of 6 customers answered 3 calls with a spam of 15 min . I love that they always or at least most of the time have the beef or chicken option. I tried the beef shawrma sandwich. The... sandwich was delicious , the meat and vegetables tasted super fresh.
