Reviews for Dunkin' in Paterson, NJ
So I did an online order and ask specifically for certain items, like glazed and chocolate glazed munchkins and when I open the... bag there's pumpkin munchkins like wth!! That's not what I ordered/spent my money on. The day before they didn't have any othermunchkins, but the pumpkin ones. Which makes me think they gave me yesterday's munchkins. The least they could have done is askme when I got in there if it was ok. I'll be writing a review on dunkins website too. This is ridiculous and not the first timeeither. Read more
I told that stpd lady no sugar. What did she do? Put sugar in my coffee. The two Indian women and plumpy latina is rude as... hell. Cant even get a good morning out of them.The only nice one are the tall latina with glasses, and the short latina with Ibelieve red hair. I won't be coming back. Read more
Man I don't know what is going on, I got a cup of coffee water this morning yep I said what I said the coffee was so far from... this pot how dare they call it coffee, there were 4 people around the counter and they were so frazzled you would think the linewas 10 deep, instead of the five people in the line . I ordered over the phone and my order was left on the table to get cold, I was across the street when I ordered so that tells me they are hurrying to fill a single order for coffee even before you comein, so It is cold when you get there,it definitely was not hot before, it is a single cup of coffee I have a order# I show ityou make it not leave it on the counter to get cold and picked over by other persons waiting for bigger orders. Seems ugly, dirty and the cashier absolutely rude. If they don't wanna work why do they take the job?

Honestly they are so rude. I feel like everyone who works there hates their life. I understand the donuts stay out, but they are... super dry and look old. Like they don?t smile at you or anything & if you have a large order (my job is close by) hence mecoming here, they give you attitude for ordering. I wouldn?t recommend this dunkin to anyone. This location has been a number of things before; a pet shop that never looked open, then a Rita's that was only open during the... spring & summer months. I think turning it into a Dunkin' Donuts was the best move. It's on a Main Street so it's a quickdetour or stop for a quick breakfast or coffee. The service is quick and they usually get my order right. Also, The space ispretty clean since the store is still new. Overall, great addition to the neighborhood. Read more
Ordered a Vanilla chai hot and it was disgusting!!! i hate that ordering things like that can be a hit or miss, but considering... how expensive their drinks are they should at least make sure they taste how they?re supposed to! Complete waste of money !! Read more
