As someone that used to work in the fast food industry I try to be understanding of our workers, but it?s always a bad... experience every time I go in here. They?ve gotten my order wrong more than once (it?s always that one lady that messes up myorder) and when I KINDLY try and confront them about it they refuse to take accountability and they refuse to make it right. Really disgusting place. Owner needs to clean the place. You also need workers to have a sense of urgency and work well. They... treat people as if they were poor or begging them for service. Clean the place, treat people well, or simply leave Paterson. There are better places for coffee. Read more

My experience this Dunkin Donuts was decent it?s a smaller store but they have indoor seating the employees are friendly and the... hot chocolate is good and the coffee cake muffin was delicious but they were out of what I wanted which is why I?m not givingthem 5 stars Read more
I think it's one of the worst places to go because they don't let customers who consume use the bathroom.
Between meetings stopped here to grab a coffee. My first impression is that it?s a neighborhood hang out spot because people who... were not eating or drinking were just posted up having conversations and taking up space that paying customers needed. When Iapproached the counter both young people working there were on their cell phones. I was not greeted. In fact the young girllooked at me and then walked away into the back. The guy kept his head down into his phone screen and I had to announce myselfto get his attention. Customer service is poor here. Coffee was average. I doubt I?d return. Read more
