I normally don't have an issue at this location. But last week I visited this location. I placed my order via the... drive-through as I normally do. I then waited almost 10 minutes in line while the car in front of me proceeded to go back andforth with whomever was at the window (all the while I assumed it was the customer's fault). I finally get to the window andthere's no apology for the wait, nothing. I am then handed a bag of donuts, a wrap, and 2 teas, none of which I ordered. Iexplain this to the young lady who goes to speak with who I assumed was a manager, and she comes back and tells me I'm wrong andthis IS my order. I tell her I know what I ordered and this isn't it. Now the manager is at the window and I can see she's abit agitated. She says, "I know this is your order because I took it. This is what you ordered." She was condescending andrude. I am college educated, so I think I would know what I ordered. I said thank you, but no, thank you. I handed her back thetea and started to drive off. Then she, the manager, said something that wasn't nice and very offensive. However, I chose tokeep driving. She was not worth it, but I suggest she be retrained or replaced. Whether I do mobile orders or walk in everybody is always super kind, friendly, and usually very fast. It's always very clean.
This dd by far is perhaps the worst dd you could ever visit. Employees are 10/10; very kind and friendly, awesome peeps. Manager... is complete opposite. Store is clean and well maintained. Food quality is 1 out of 10. Order customizations like cheese, bread,extra meat are 100% ignored - this is a guarantee; they will NOT do customizations unless you go back and cause a fuss. Well it's dunkin not mush to say I miss the days all these places made there own doughnuts had there own bakers you could... actually smell everything being made. And now there's so much Preservatives and them. They don't even taste like doughnutsanymore. It tastes gummy, Doey,and sweet. Read more
This is the most ghetto Dunkin Donuts. The new staff is lazy and rude. I came to the drive thru at 9:30PM they took my order and... then when I approached the window a worker came to the window placed the grid locks on and said nothing. I waited for a whileand they continued to walk around the location. They closed the location at 9:30 when they are open until 10:00 and when I askedwas a manager on duty the person responded no. I can not wait to complain in the morning. The rudeness and audacity isunacceptable & no way to treat a repeat customer. Read more
