DON'T BUY FROM THIS DOMINO'S. Worst establishment in Paterson NJ. I ordered two medium size pizza with two toppings to pick up.... When arrived home i opened both boxes and I noticed both pizzas were burned. I called and asked to speak with a manager and thevery little english speaking lady didn't want to put the manager on the phone. She told me to re-order again if I want anotherpizza from domino's. My response I will never buy from you guys again. It was not worth me driving back to domino's anddemanding to speak with a manager. I threw both pizzas in the garbage. I will never return to that poorly run establishmentagain. They don't care about serving their customers a decent meal. As you can see many other customers have complained aboutthis Domino's establishment. I should of known when I only saw one customer on a weekend that something was wrong with thisplace. I should read the complaints other customers made about this place. They must of lost alot of customers with how theyserve their meals to the public. I'm also going to make a complaint with corporate about this poorly run establishment. Read more
Messages said pizza delivered in app 30 minutes after but took OVER an hour when arrived, called after 45 minutes and employees... act like its or fault and we are being impatient. driver refused to deliver to the porch...i went up for footwear so i can walkacross the street to the car to get the paid pizza plus tip And driver drives off! Employees lie about who is a manager. Whenyou speak to one, if you do, they dont care and rush you off the phone. Now he gets a free pizza for him and his family!? Wow Read more
I made an order of Baked Ziti Chicken and this is what I got in a small dish... $7.00 for a dish that dont even have a quarter... of the dish with pasta and when I called to complaint about it the lady on the phone told me that Dominos weight their pasta andthat's why comes so little....At this business, order Pizza or Breadsticks but never order in this place sandwiches or pasta,they are the worst ever Read more
A week ago I ordered pizza and after I got an email with free coupon 12? medium pizza . I tried to use it on the website and it... gave me hard time so I called the store and I explained what was happening and the employee on the phone didn?t help at all Iasked for the manager he refused to put the manager on the phone. He kept telling me they don?t give free orders and I have tocall the person who sent me the email with free pizza. When you order on the app it takes too long to come!! Even after it say ?completed enjoy your meal? how can you enjoy it if you... don?t have it . One Star on for delivery people. Rest don?t even deserve nothing because No nobody doing their job. Out of my 10 order 5 of them... is low quality and burnt. What was quality check manager was doing? I called to report and lady who picked the call said thatshe is sending new pizza. I wait until 12:30 AM and slept on the dinning table. Next time no way. They got the customer becauseof dominos not because of the people work there. I report to the corporation I really wanna see what the dominos pizzamanagement do about this issue. And I know many other customers are facing the same issues. Who would like to pay 36-37$ forthis quality of food?? Helloooo wake up all. I try to place a online order I was forced to call understandable I call no pick up now I'm forced to drive not a problem I get... there I noticed the phone ringing employee walking right by the phone and no desire to answer which as lead me to believe thatthe online service was turned off from the store itself I order a chicken specialty with no bacon employee response was a baconspecialty with no bacon I corrected it and was told (the employee) I understand what it is in a incorrect form to a customer. soas I get my order and I was in disbelief I didnt know domino's is in a recession where orders are given in small portions andthrown not placed in the box I didnt do anything or say anything bad or to my knowledge but i placed my order paid and stood tothe side patiently waiting like anyone else would Read more
