Spent $8 on an ice cream that I threw out because it had a bunch of hair in it.
Cold stone creamery ice cream shop is a franchise that once I heard about I had to try it. At first glance the ice cream is... fresh and a new way to have the frozen treat. It is a form of different hard ice creams. Then mixed in with candies and such ona cold stone. It is a nice cold treat that has a special way of being made. The service was friendly & accommodating. However on my way to pay for my order I noticed the yellow wall had dark speckles. As... I looked further it was dead flies. There were dead flies & thick dust on the walks & ceiling. I honestly am disgustedespecially since it's a place that serves food. Needless to say I paid for my order & threw it out that's how disgusted I was.To whomever reads these reviews, please clean your store. Read more
A bunch a great kids....
The workers were all friendly, but I ordered online, 2 oreo confetti icecreams and 1 chocolate devotion - and I ended up... getting 1 birthday cake and 1 chocolate peanutbutter. I wish I had gone back when I noticed. I had assumed they put the 2 oreoconfetti icecreams in one container because it was double the size (I assumed they ran out of the smaller containers). Advice:Ask for the customer?s name, order number, or what they ordered before handing over the food. Read more
Definitely the Ice cream is very good! But even though the attendees were very kind, they needs more training to understand... differently accents. I?m Latino, and I speak English but obviously with my accent, so is little bit uncomfortable to repeat thenmany times.. but beside that they were so kind !! Read more
