This is the worst McDonald's I've been to it's dirty and greasy trash liquid on the counters no straws . The store is ran by... managers that don't care about customer service and the employees are children that act like thungs that don't care about theirjobs. I had one of the employees come up to me and ask if I'd buy her some food. They act like it's a zoo. As for the foodsome times it's okay and other times it's just awful. Read more
The absolute worst McDonald's in the state of Ohio. They take a minimum on 35 minutes to get your order correct and if you get... it any faster it is guaranteed to be incorrect. Horrible service.. employees were smoking pods at the food prep station, yelling and cursing at each other. The manager tried to... calm them down with no luck ... They have all of the tools but not enough accountability or training. Today I asked the cashier who was also taking drive thru... orders and people who come in are just directed to the kiosk, I asked a question and her response was "I've never used thatthing" referring to the kiosk. No offer to get someone who could help. This place is often dirty, especially the kids area iscompletely neglected. Fries, strawbwrappers, and spilled juice on the nasty floor where our kids are expected to go withoutshoes to use the play area. So gross The bathroom in the kids area doesn't even have a trash can for feminine waste or diapers.So where are people going to throw it? You got it, where you eat! There are never any liners for the baby changer. And my leastfavorite thing is employees using the bathroom to the kids area for really long periods of time. Probably on their phone takinga paid break. Come on McDonald's. You are multi-billion dollar enterprise, get some real people in there to manage and trainemployees. My husband's company uses a camera system that awards points when employees do the right thing and pays them bonuses.I see you have cameras in there, put them to good use. And with what you are charging now for your food, I want a clean place toeat with my kids please. When the girl handed us the bag it was tossed hard at us. I said thank you any way but was ignored. The bag looked crumpled... really badly like it?s been crushed many times. Then when I opened it the box my sandwich was in was covered in grease, thesandwich didn?t look bad but it was the nastiest sandwich I have ever tasted in my life but my husband just had mouth surgery soI didn?t bother with it. We live in Cambridge so we just went home. For real tho don?t go there if you need to stop forsomething fast to eat. Awkwardly, one of the best McDonald?s you could stumble upon. They always keep their pop fresh, and their food is always fresh... too. You could mess around and get the wrong order and it will still be absolutely delicious LMAO !! Just ridiculous! Absolutely beautiful outside with an amazing rest area for humans and pets. I was very impressed by it! The cheeseburgers,... however, needed more mustard and ketchup rather than barely touching the bun with it. 5 stars for the impressive outside areaand accommodations for large vehicles; 4 stars for missing condiments. Everytime I stop her th3 food is served sloppy, the employees are rude or over charge you for the orders and the fries are... always cold. You want 13.00 an hour I want my food to look like the pictures. Read more
