If you go before 10am they are 5 star plus after that go at your own risk!!! The kids that work there after 10am are the worst... they are always laughing and giggling while trying to take your order and when you get to the window for the order they don'tremember what it was or got it wrong they never seem to have anything that you want to order after 10am and a New one thathappened to me today apparently you can't add to your order at the window any more so you have to go inside or go back around tothe driveway but the funny thing is if they mess up your order they can take it at the window again doesn't make any sense So tofinish if you go before 10am it's 5 star plus anything after that your taking a big Risk Read more

Ordered whipped cream got barely any drink and no whip
I passed by this location via drive thru and while I was ordering my drinks the girl in the background was not taking me... serious. She was laughing, making conversations with the other employees and did not get my order right. Once I got to thewindow to pay she only got 1 drink correctly, the lattes I asked for2 caramel craze ice latte n received a regular caramellatte. The girl never added my small refreshment drink with the bubba's inside, she said she never heard me asking for thatdrink and the drink cannot be added to the order because the system was frozen and there's more cars behind me. She never heardmy order because she was to busy laughing and making conversations with her coworkers, very rude and unprofessional. Read more

I arrived at 10:21, and a guy was helping me but he said no more macchiato as they have just cleaned up the kitchen so that the... only option was black coffee. And I was saying that you are not a random coffee shop, you are dunkin donuts so you cant say Noto customers. Suddenly, a girl named Denise jumped in the convo and said ? do you want black coffee or no, just yes or no? ..Woww, that was extremly rude. And I wont go that location any more. The guys were friendly enough and he even said ?customer isalways right? he even tried to make it up by offering a free coffee. I sincerely thank you guys but that girl as she does notdeserve to work for such a company. It is very unfortunate if the owner has no idea about her attitude. Read more
