We have been a members of Tooth and Nail since 2/9/15 ( 7 years) right after they first moved into the castle. We enjoyed all... the wines , loved the fun pick-up parties, tasting fees were reasonable, the service was excellent every time we visited and thestaff was professional and knowledgeable about the wines and always had time for your questions . As members we were alwaystreated like royalty. We always brought all of our friends several times a year and bragged about what a special place itwas. This is no longer the case. Over the last 4 years things have changed. The servers are so busy they no longer have time foryou, and rush you through tastings , plus the tasting fees have doubled. An example of our recent visits disappointment- Thewomen's bathroom was out of order an hour and a half on our last visit 7/22/22, 6:00 pm on a Friday night . We mentioned to thehostess that one toilet was not working and the other had a locked door with no one in the stall and she was really quite rudeand said I put a sticky note up to let you know it was out of order. We asked another staff member about it and they said it isalways happening, we asked if there was a manager to talk to, they had left for the day. We had made a reservation that eveningfor bottle and food service and were told to go find a table and go to a counter to order your wine and food and then wait foryour name to be called to go pick up your food from another table. What is the point of a reservation? Where is the tableservice ? It felt like a cafeteria, frankly. We were very disappointed and not very happy . One last thing, I was forced tochange my original wine club membership to another one, mine had wines they no longer carried. I get that, but the only choicewas fewer bottles of more expensive wine . Definitely one of the best Instagram-able wineries in Paso! The food was extremely good, I’m not a wine drinker but I really... enjoyed the food and atmosphere during the tasting while my husband enjoyed the wine. While not the most famous, this was myfavorite stop in Paso. Read more

This place is gorgeous! Had my sisters wedding here and it was breathtaking. The wine and views are worth the trip!
