Very slow, leaves you on hold forever, ignores you once your inside. I've been to several Jamba's this one is by far the worst.
Love the smoothies but unfortunately every time I come here I stand at the counter for a good 2-3 minutes before being helped... even when there's 5 employees working. They'll even look right at you and go back to doing busywork. Why? Absolutely no idea,but it happens every time. Read more
I ordered a medium apples and greens. Had to wait 30 minutes because people who ordered online had priority. They were even... calling peoples names who werent even there. There were 8 people in there waiting for orders. Max occupancy was 5. Poor customermanagement. Read more
I always enjoy coming to the Paso Jamba Juice location!! The employees are all very friendly and helpful and they all follow... sanitation guidelines very well!! Its always clean and everything runs extremely efficiently. This is the worst Jamba Juice I've been to. A year ago when I moved to this area, I came in and got a pomegranate smoothie. It... tasted like...sour water. I thought maybe it was a one time fluke. But no, every time I come in, the smoothies are super watereddown. Their smoothies taste nothing like those from the other Jamba Juice locations I've visited over the years. On our lastvisit, my husband and I both got what looked and tasted like mostly ice cubes ground up with a little juice. He is a formerJamba Juice employee and to him it tastes like they might be watering down the juices. I don't know, but there's somethingreally off about this location. Too bad because I love Jamba Juice! I will grant them TWO stars instead of one because I had TWOdrinkable smoothies from this location in the past YEAR (beet and pumpkin). Read more
