Food is good the staff always nice but the hours of operation suck for it?s location.
I've found it hard to find a bad Jack in the Box, but... The food was not hot. The floor and every single table was dirty when... we arrived about 1:00 PM last Sunday. The manager was shouting (yes shouting) at one of the employees. They dropped some foodboxes on the ground, kicked them under the table, then picked them up and put them back on the stack to be used. The restroomwas so dirty, my wife refused to use it. No TP, soap, or seat covers. We complained to an employee - no response. We won't beback. I hope this isn't typical for them. Read more
We used to frequent this location, and aside from the ice tasting dirty, like they never clean the ice machine, we never had any... issues here. But in the last year, their customer service has gone down hill. We went there tonight because their drive thru isusually open until 11pm. We drove up to the speaker, and all the lights were on, but nobody was there. We waited severalminutes. Nothing. We drove up to the window, and again all the lights are on inside. The sign in the window says the drive thruis open until 11 every night. There is no other signage. Nobody comes to the window. I beeped my horn when I saw a lady insidewalk by, and she tells me they closed at 10pm. I wasted time and fuel driving over there because they can't be bothered toupdate Google or post a sign anywhere in the drived-thru to say they're closed, or even put a cone in the drive-thru to indicatethey are closed. This is a small rural town. There are no other drive-thru restaurants within at least 5 miles. And no otherdine-in restaraunts open for dinner within 5 miles. I'm very annoyed. Read more
I don?t think I?ve ever seen the inside of a fast food restaurant as disgusting as this one! Floors are so sticky you can?t walk... without your shoes trying to stick to the floor and come off your feet. A woman sitting around on her phone instead of cleaninganything? So disappointed!! There was a girl with a nose piercing being so unprofessional. She literally YELLED to her co worker that her... fingers would go up his a-hole!!! Who wants to hear that when they?re eating??? Everyone in the restaurant was so surprised, itwas disgusting. Just shows the type of people they hire. Read more
I will never eat at any Jack in the Box in Paso Robles again. Horrible service and then had an attitude with me because they... messed up my order and I asked to have it remade. Still didn't get it right. I'm thru with yall!!! Read more
I went through the drive through and ordered a sourdough grilled chicken club. What they gave me was one of the newer chicken... sandwiches. I had to go inside and when I did Jesus argued with me at what I ordered. Customer service was horrible and theywere very rude. I would not recommend nor will I go back! Read more
Food was nasty. I paid 12.00 for cold chewy old food. Only way I'll go back and give another chance is if it's free
