After having gone through the long ordeal of ordering a simple number one meal, I had to use the bathroom. I have a certain... medical condition that necessitates the use of a colostomy bag, and changing it can be difficult sometimes. This is especiallytrue when I'm not in the comfort of my own home. I was told to leave the establishment because I was in the bathroom "for toolong". As I quietly tried to explain my medical condition because I didn't want the whole restaurant to know, the employees justkept shaking their head and told me to leave. I've never been so embarrassed in my life. The employees were unsympathetic to mymedical situation, unwilling to even listen. Never going to the rd68 Wendy's, or even any Wendy's again. Read more

They have there new strawberry ???? soft serve ice cream now and it's fire. And they have some very good fries, my burger was ok... not my favorite but everything else was so good so that made up for it. Next time I will get a large strawberry soft serve. Read more
Took an hour to get a pick up meal, it was slow workers working register dealing with money and serving fries at the same time ... gross. Had a line in the drive tru did not move for 30 min cars leaving people inside waiting on meals this is the mostfrustrating Wendy's ever took over an hour to get a meal wow the manger needs to be fired it Does not compare to other Wendy's.Now that I think about they all suck in the tri cities. This is one of the very worst places you can get food from I showed up at 5:00 at night and the lights in the lobby are off and... if you go through their drive-thru for a delivery service they make you come in two employees were taking naps in the lobby.
