The tacos and quesabirrias are good. The tortilla complements the tacos. The meats were also good (adobada, asada, and... carnitas). The green salsa was good. They also give you a sauted onion and chile, with a carrot in vinegar. The girl attendingus had a great personality. My only complaint, they should include onion and cilantro in their tacos. This is a bomb little spot great food and the aguas frescas are good ???????????? I highly recommend this place ????
The first part of this review will address the structure of the food and the organization of the food presented in the plate.... Carrots are not to be put in an authentic Mexican plate unless requested by the person ordering. In my case I simply asked fortwo tacos of chicken. At not point do carrots intervene in this flavor mix that goes along with the tacos. This part of thisreview analyzes customer service and enthusiasm for a brand new business that has less than two years operating. The peopleworking at the food truck seemed dull unhappy and very insensitive to my visit. There was not ?hello welcome we will be with youshorty? no sense of customer recognition. For a business that just opened up you would expect a little enthusiasm as it wasonly 5:30 pm. The last part of the review comments on other improvements that are minor but critical. Chicken and pork must becooked thoroughly. If there is no guacamole sauce then there is really not point in selling in the first place. I tried this place for the first time. I ordered the torta it come with no veggies... the cheese is melted chees not Mexican... cheese... i orderd the chicken and there was hardly any chicken seem to blend in with the beens. Point is I felt like I waseating bread with no flavor... Read more
