Visited store on 9/15/22 at 6:25pm. When I entered store, girl behind the counter was preparing sandwiches on a mobile order. ... Looked like she may have been the only employee in the restaurant. I stood there for approximately 6-7 minutes while shefinished the order. Girl never acknowledged me until she finished order. Just a good tip on customer service: Alwaysacknowledge waiting customers so it doesn?t seem like you are ignoring them. The guys working at the counter was great but he is over worked and has no help. Was talking to other customers and mentioned he... hasn?t had a day off in 16 days and for the most part works solo. This dude deserves better from an establishment that has beenaround for as long as subway has. My mobile order was slated as ready when it was just getting started when I arrived, again dueto the fact that actual customers had arrived first, which is understandable to accommodate them first but if he had anotherstaff member working with him both my and the other customers orders could?ve been attended to. Poor subway worker. This reviewreflects subway and not the person who serve me. He was great. The amount he had to handle. Not so much. Give that guy a raiseor time and a half for working solo. The Manager Candice of this store went out of her way to help me. Very Professional and excellent customer service!! Nice to... witness a person that is genuinely kind and helpful in her approach. I tried to go to this subway for lunch. When I pulled up, only 3 cars in front of me. Lunch is only 30 minutes for me. If I... wasn?t trapped (I had a car behind me), I would?ve left and gone to BK next door. I sat in line for 42 minutes before I evenmade it up to the window to order!! I never ordered and drove straight out and went to BK. The car behind me left also. Thetruck behind her stopped to order. I went to BK. Had 2 cars in front of me. Took only 6 minutes. The truck at subway was stillin line waiting. I?ll never go back and now after to answer for what took so long taking a 30 minute lunch!! Read more
If I could give this place a 0 rating I would . I walked in and the young woman was making my sandwich and I grabbed some chips... and begin to snack on them while she was making my sandwich . another young girl came in and the girl behind the counter beginto chew out the customer for not answering her fone , when she called her to tell her sandwiches were ready . then SHE THREWHER OUT ,while I was trying to pay for the sandwich she started to chew me out for eating the chips before they were payed for .I told her she was rude and she began to CUSS ME OUT . I payed for my chips and then she grabbed them out of my hands andSTARTED SCREAMING at me . I couldnt believe it ,this lady had some serious mental issues , be careful you dont get this nutcasetaking care of you .
