This was the most delicious sandwich I've had in quite some time. I came when the restaurant was busy; the manager and staff... were both friendly and professional in the midst of a dinner rush. Ordered on line at 500 said it would be ready at 527. Not ready when it was at 540 missing sub. Not it is 6 and still not done!... Far cry from opening night. The kids are struggling. Read more
Rude service, people behind the counter wouldn't even make eye contact so you could ask a question. I placed an order online and... there was no clear direction for pickup (a lot of customers but very unorganized). When I finally did have someone look my way,I asked for a refund for my online order (it had been placed right at an hour earlier) that wasn't made yet and was told "you'llhave to wait" and she turned around and walked away. When she finally did give me a refund, it took her about 20 seconds at theregister. Steer clear of Jersey Mikes in Pasco unless you're looking for a frustrating experience, I will not be back andwouldn't recommend it. Fire House has great food and the service is much better.
