Server was apparently not having a good day... very dry.. not cordial at all. Mentioned to her Co- worker that she was going to... remind customers about sign posted regarding " adding extra" Vegetables when I asked for extra onions.. her Co- worker remindedher that no extra was when there was a shortage due to hurricane.. and was ok now to add extra if customer wanted. My server wasnot convinced but did prepare my order as asked. Her attitude was so negative that I was sure glad I wasn't the one working withher that shift.. boy!! Read more
Using drive through only ... Orders are made as requested. Some order takers are better than others. Drive thru speaker is hard... to understand. It's tinny-sounding. Really good food and very good service!! Read more

They for some reason this store is very high. The same sandwich at all the other chains are way lower. They were very rude when... I asked them. I also showed them a receipt of the same exact food I ordered the day before at a different store. They didn'tvalue it. They charged me two dollars more for each sandwich. Which I ended up OVER PAYING $8.00 MORE for my family of fourThen the day before. It was not a holiday or anything. Nothing different or changed on any sandwich. I didn't appreciate when Iasked the staff about it in drive thru. All three staffers came to the window. Two of them were very rude. Saying " Go to theother chains since it's cheaper then." I then stated for them not to be rude. I was just simply asking why is the pricedifferent? They then said " that they didn't care that it was different it just was." I will never go back here again. Horrible! First things first the order was for 6" Turkey sub extra meat. but instead of the the extra turkey please add roast... beef. They asked would you like that toasted? - Yes please. $6.09 I asked why so much..... you ordered a club..... no ididn't (also a club contains more than 4 pieces of meat and contains ham which i didn't have). Like any Subway, they were fine with making a sandwich. Location was clean and orderly. Be warned: during lunch hour that online... and call-in orders can take precedent in queue. To clarify, I thought I was next in line, then two phone orders came in to makeme third in line. Then after my sandwich was started, an online order came in, delaying the next guy in line. I understand theidea of online or call-in ordering and the benefit to business, yet customers who are physically standing in line should haveprecedent, right? Read more
Crazy prices since corporate decided to "refresh" prices of all the subs went up by like $2. They always burn the bacon.. And... there is so little meat you can barely taste it nowadays. I miss the old way subway conducted business. Read more
