I went through the drive thru and placed an order for a hamburger meal. I reached into the bag for a few fries as I drove... off--cold fries. And to make things even more displeasing and much to my regret, I did not check the hamburger before I droveoff. They gave me a cheeseburger. Ordered at take out window got home which is not that far away to find out I paid too much money for something I didn't even... order. I was very disappointed because I was riding with someone so I couldn't take it back. Not cool Wendy's you should asleast make sure people's orders are correct when you are charging them for it. Have only ever ordered online and done pickup but everytime I go the order is 100% accurate. Food has always been fresh and well... made. Fast service and great bang for your buck. A little tough to get in and out of at peak hours onto Spencer but it's doable.Oh and just in case you over shoot the entrance or have a change of mind, spankys is right next door. And one last thing, at thevery back of this Wendy's there is a huge field of grass. You can park right under a shaded tree and have a burger and let thekids run wild and play. No danger as it's far from street and adjacent to a gated lot. Enjoy! Read more
The girl that works the window and front counter i cant remember her name and wish i could she deserves credit!! Long braids, i... think braces, and glasses. Very sweet and nice also helpful so that i could budget for a better deal with the amount of money ihad. Stopped by to grab some breakfast. I ordered the $ 1.99 Bacon Croissant sandwich with potatoes wedges. Those potatoe wedges are... good! They need to be fresh though other wise disappointment. Read more
