She was attentive to my concerns, she stayed in communicationabout my concerns, she thoroughly investigated my concerns and she shared the process and results every step along the way. Shedefinitely made it right and I appreciate that more than anything. It seems lately that customer service has gone away and it'sa free for all of bad attitudes and blaming on both customer side and business side. Angel was the absolute master of customerservice. Angel would be an asset to any customer oriented business and a great trainer to teach the art of customer service toothers.
