Always a good place to go to for smoothies but what's the deal with never having Styrofoam cups? Every smoothie king in the... nation has an option. Update**** No more $5 Friday This would have perfect score, but the actual location it's in is terrible. You might be able to... get in or you might not get out. If this location has any kind of lunch rush you're screwed on trying to get in or out theparking lot. It's located in the Kroger's strip center off Spencer Hwy if you are heading towards the Sam Hou. Toll Rd onSpencer it's on the right soon as you pass Popeye's the next entrance, be careful you will pass it, if so go to the light(Blueberry)and turn right into Kroger's entrance. If you're coming from opposite direction catch the light at the Kroger'sentrance which is Blueberry St. take a left and then a immediate right in front of gas station all the way down till strip endsSmoothie King on the left. Be careful cars are flying thru the parking lot and coming in that entrance off Spencer Hwy, you'llsee what I'm saying about location of this place. Oh! don't let it be $5 Friday special you might not get in. It's just one bigcluster on Fridays. I have seen fender benders in this parking lot many times at this Entrance/Exit location. Read more
It's an amazing place too get your smoothies ???? but as for tonight's visit I must say it was quite an ordeal the guy that was... working the window sounded pretty out of it and couldn't quite get our order it took about 5x too get it correct thank goodness for the female employee who helped us out at the window. Check ya'lls employees please it was a young man working the order micat night before closing. Again the young lady she helped us out better at the end and did apologize on the whole mix up. Accidentally placed an order online this morning 1/31/22 @ 7:53am. As soon as I realized it was at the wrong location . I did... what the app said to do. I called the location at 8:11am Phone was answered by someone named Jose. Informed him of my mistakeasked for a refund. He stated he could not do it. That he would let his manager know. Asked him what time his manager would bein he said. ?I don?t know I don?t make the schedule? .???How do you not know when your manager is going to be in?? What kind ofbusiness is this? Who is in charge when the manger is not there?? I asked for the manager?s name he said it was Tony. I justcalled again @ 10:05 to try to resolve my problem this time a female answered, I asked for manger and she said she would be inafter 10am?. I usually love smoothie king. But this particular location just keeps going downhill and is very unprofessional. It has been... several times that I try to order and they?re already closed. (30-40) minutes before they say they?re supposed to be closed.It?s even more frustrating because you can see the employee just hanging out inside on their phone. Like, why not clock out,turn off the lights and go home. Also, saw that a car was parked in the drive thru preventing people to go to the window. It isso unprofessional and a waste of time. Read more
I always get smothies from here and it's usually always good but these past 2 visits it has tasted horrible no flavor and flaky,... the first time I thought Nothing of it maybe they missed something but the second time was just annoying I'm not gonna continueto spend money at this location.
