Usually love Shipley Donuts and choose them over other shops. Apple Fritter was burned and dry. Dozen donut holes was only 11.... And prices were above the norm. Go to Snowflake Donuts instead. Read more
Went in to get my son 2 dozen sprinkle donuts for the last day of school the older Hispanic lady at the check out said she... didn?t have enough I could clearly see in the back they had more so I pointed it out she said no only 1 dozen. So I got 1 dozenof sprinkles and another dozen of normal donuts, as she was filling up my normal box they put out a whole new tray of sprinkledonuts -.- this is why I shop with local and not big retail! They?re super nice but don?t go if you have somewhere to be. They have zero sense of urgency for people trying to grab food... before work. The drive thru takes FOREVER! Like 5-15 minutes for a single donut that is already made. Read more
Lady behind the counter was very nice and didn't get frustrated when my card wouldn't work. Tried so many times, even after... restarting the computer. She kept her cool, unlike me lol finally after entering card number in I was off. Need to add tip tothe receipt. Rarely carry cash on me these days. I'll go back. Second time bringing breakfast to co workers from this Shipleys. First time they gave me raw donuts, this time they gave me a... box full of stale kolaches, yet they were mushy inside. Pretty much the stuff from yesterday. Very embarrassing to show up withthis to work. Wont ever trust them again. Read more
